These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Uğurcan Sandık, an individual application developer residing in Türkiye and the operator of Storioo (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating a Storioo account, accessing, or using Storioo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
Storioo helps you organize physical belongings into a hierarchy of locations, rooms, drawers, and items, with optional photos, descriptions, quantities, and search features (the "Service").
Storioo offers a free plan with usage limits. Certain features or higher usage limits require a Storioo Pro or Storioo Epic subscription. The benefits, limits, billing period, and price of each paid plan are displayed before purchase.
Storioo is an organizational tool. It is not intended to serve as your sole backup, permanent archive, insurance record, legal record, or emergency inventory.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Storioo. The Service is not intended for persons under 16.
If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Storioo only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. Any paid subscription must also be authorized by the holder of the Apple Account or Google account used for the purchase and, where required by law, by your parent or legal guardian.
By using Storioo, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity, or any required permission, to accept these Terms.
You may request deletion of your Storioo account from Settings. Your access ends when you confirm deletion. Associated data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Once deletion is completed, deleted content cannot be recovered, except for limited information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup-lifecycle, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deleting your Storioo account does not revoke or delete the Apple or Google account you used to sign in.
"Your Content" means the photos, names, descriptions, quantities, hierarchy information, and other information you add to Storioo.
As between you and us, you retain your rights in Your Content. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to add it to the Service.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, format, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes allowing service providers acting on our behalf to perform those operations for the same limited purposes.
This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except to the limited extent that copies remain temporarily in backups or must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your Content is not made public or shared with other Storioo users through the current Service.
You must not add content that:
We may remove or restrict access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect the Service, or address a valid rights claim.
Storioo Pro and Storioo Epic are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or, when available, Google Play. The applicable storefront, not Storioo, processes the payment and charges the payment method associated with your storefront account.
The plan benefits, price, currency, taxes, billing period, and automatic-renewal terms are displayed before you confirm a purchase. If the storefront purchase screen and these Terms differ on a billing detail, the storefront screen controls for the transaction processed by that storefront, subject to mandatory law.
Storioo does not currently offer a free trial. If a trial or introductory offer is introduced later, its duration, eligibility, price after the offer, and conversion terms will be displayed before enrollment.
Your subscription renews automatically until automatic renewal is turned off within the time specified by the applicable platform before the end of the current period. The current renewal time and charge are shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase and subscription-management screens.
You may cancel automatic renewal through your Apple Account or Google account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the storefront or applicable law provides otherwise. You may generally continue using the paid benefits until that period ends.
Storioo generally cannot cancel a subscription on behalf of your platform account; however, Section 13 describes the steps we will take if we permanently terminate your access.
Deleting your Storioo account does not automatically cancel your storefront subscription. If you delete an account while automatic renewal remains enabled, the storefront may continue charging you. Storioo will display a warning before you confirm deletion of an account that we identify as having an active subscription.
Restoring a subscription after deleting a Storioo account does not restore content that was deleted with that account.
Refund requests are generally administered under the rules and processes of the storefront through which the purchase was made. Where the applicable platform permits or applicable law requires, we may assist with or process cancellation and refund requests.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may use the Restore Purchases feature, where available, to restore an eligible subscription purchased with the same storefront account. Restoration is subject to validation by Apple or Google and Storioo's account-linking and anti-fraud controls.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple and Google are separate. A purchase made through one storefront does not automatically transfer to the other storefront or to a different Apple Account, Google account, or Storioo account unless we expressly state otherwise.
We may change future subscription prices, plan limits, or features. Changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits of a billing period you have already paid for. Price changes apply according to the notice, consent, and renewal rules of the applicable storefront and applicable law.
If we materially discontinue a paid feature during a period you have already paid for, we will provide any notice, continued access, replacement, cancellation option, or remedy required by applicable law and the applicable storefront rules.
If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is downgraded and your account exceeds the limits of the resulting plan, your existing locations, rooms, drawers, items, photos, and related information will not be deleted solely because of that change.
You may continue to view, edit, and delete your existing content. However, you will not be able to create additional locations, rooms, drawers, or items until your usage is within the applicable plan limits or you subscribe to a plan that supports your current usage.
You must not:
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps under Section 13.
Storioo relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, and cloud-infrastructure providers, for functions such as sign-in, distribution, billing, storage, and technical operation.
Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our selection and use of service providers as required by applicable law, but we do not control the independent operation or availability of third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every possible threat, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or changes and may require a supported application or operating-system version for continued use. We may change or discontinue free features with reasonable notice where practical. Changes affecting a current paid period remain subject to Section 5 and mandatory consumer rights.
You should keep independent copies of important photos and information. Storioo is not a substitute for your own backup practices. This provision does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Storioo application, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by the Operator or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Storioo for its intended personal purpose. No other rights are granted.
You may not use the Storioo name, logo, branding, or other protected material without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
This Section does not affect your rights in Your Content under Section 4.
This Section applies if you obtain or use Storioo through the Apple App Store. For purposes of this Section, Storioo is the "Licensed Application."
These Terms are concluded between you and the Operator only, and not with Apple. The Operator, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. These Terms must not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or Legacy Contacts where permitted by Apple.
The Operator is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application as specified in these Terms or required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.
The Operator is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they have not been effectively disclaimed.
If the Licensed Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the Licensed Application, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Licensed Application. The Operator is responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
Nothing in this Section limits mandatory consumer rights.
The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that it fails to meet an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar law.
If a third party claims that the Licensed Application or your possession or use of it infringes that party's intellectual-property rights, the Operator, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country or region that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country or region, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Operator's name and contact details for questions, complaints, or claims concerning the Licensed Application are set out in Section 17.
When using the Licensed Application, you must comply with applicable third-party agreements, including any wireless-data-service agreement and the terms governing your Apple Account.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This Section applies if you obtain or use Storioo through Google Play.
These Terms are between you and the Operator, not Google. Google is not responsible for Storioo or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims concerning the Service, except for obligations Google expressly assumes under its own terms or applicable law.
Purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies. When using Storioo, you must comply with applicable third-party agreements, including the terms governing your Google account and your wireless-data service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss or damage, or for loss of profits, business opportunity, use, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy. The responsibility of Apple, Google, or another third-party service provider is determined by its own terms and applicable law.
You may stop using Storioo at any time. You may also delete your account as described in Section 3.3.
We may proportionately suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have materially or repeatedly violated these Terms; used the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or abuse; created a security or technical risk; or materially harmed the Service, another user, or a service provider. We will provide notice and, where appropriate, an opportunity to remedy the issue when reasonably practical. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties, or to comply with law. You may contact us if you believe an action was taken in error.
If we permanently terminate an account with an active paid subscription, we will provide clear notice, cancellation instructions, and a direct subscription-management link so you can cancel through the applicable storefront yourself — Storioo has no ability to cancel a storefront subscription on your behalf. Immediate suspension may still be applied where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of others. Nothing in this paragraph affects mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Suspension, termination, or account deletion does not itself cancel a storefront subscription where the platform requires action by the account holder. You remain responsible for cancelling it through the platform after receiving the notice described above. Treatment of Your Content following termination or deletion is governed by Section 3.3 and the Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should remain effective after termination — including provisions concerning ownership, lawful retention and deletion, storefront terms, liability, disputes, and miscellaneous matters — will survive termination to the extent necessary.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security requirements, or our business practices. For a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the application, by email, or by another appropriate method, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires a shorter period.
Where applicable law requires your express consent, the change will not apply to you until that consent is obtained. A change will not retroactively reduce benefits for a subscription period you have already paid for. For other changes, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service before it takes effect and cancel any subscription through the applicable storefront.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or place of residence and cannot be waived by contract.
Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, as applicable. Other disputes will be submitted to the courts and enforcement offices competent under applicable procedural law. Nothing in this Section limits a mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent authority or court.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you may contact us at support@storioo.app so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. This does not suspend or shorten any mandatory limitation or application period unless the law expressly provides otherwise.
