Storioo ("we", "us") collects only the data required to provide core app features, plus limited usage statistics that help us improve the app (described below).

Data We Process

Authentication identifier from Google/Apple sign-in
User-generated storage content (locations, rooms, drawers, items)
Optional photos uploaded by the user
Subscription and purchase status (for Storioo Pro/Epic), via RevenueCat — we never see or store your card details; those are handled entirely by Apple/Google as the actual payment processor
App usage statistics, via Firebase Analytics: which screens are opened, steps in the subscription purchase and restore flow (the plan, billing period, and price), and when a location or item is created (never its name or content), together with device and app information that Firebase Analytics collects automatically, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, and approximate country. These statistics are not linked to your account, do not use the advertising identifier, and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Data Retention

User content is retained until the user deletes it from the app.
Subscription/purchase status is retained for as long as your account exists, to determine what features you have access to.
Usage statistics are kept in Firebase Analytics according to our analytics project's data-retention setting and are then deleted automatically.
Crash logs are retained for operational debugging and purged periodically.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.
Usage statistics are processed by Google through Firebase Analytics.
Data is processed by infrastructure providers (Firebase, RevenueCat for subscription/purchase management, and Sentry when enabled).
